　　The world is constantly changing, for changes seem to be eternal. The changes of various factors directly affect the development and operation of the hotel industry. Among these changes are not only realistic changes, but also conceptual ones. The author, by studying the case of the American version and the Finnish version of “Hotel of Tomorrow”, discussed the undergoing changes in the hotel industry. Meanwhile, the author also believed that, in the near future, there will be a Chinese version of “Hotel of Tomorrow”. The Chinese version is the social contribution of the hotel industry, which calls for the cooperative research and effort of hotel-related industries. The concept of “Hotel of Tomorrow” should cause the attention of Chinese Government, the hotel industry and even the academic field.

　　按照我做研究的体会，与企业家、政府交流，最好不要谈现在应当做什么，可以谈过去，谈未来，这样比较保险。因此，今天我谈一谈饭店的未来发展，题目叫“明天的饭店”。
