石泰乐先生（Mr. Roland Steiner）是北京新云南皇冠假日酒店的总经理，同时是洲际酒店集团华北中区运营总监。
 
他加入洲际酒店集团已经超过30年，在他的从业经理中游历了很多的国家，从他的家乡德国，到南非、美国、新加坡、马来西亚等地，积累了丰富的酒店管理经验。 自从1992年来到乌鲁木齐假日酒店，他就在中国扎下根来，先后在武汉、成都、杭州、大连等地洲际集团旗下的酒店担任总经理。他对酒店行业充满热忱，尤其擅长国际酒店经营管理、市场战略营销、新酒店开业等，凭借其至臻至善的服务理念和卓越的管理能力，取得了骄人的业绩。
 
2013年10月份，石泰乐加入了北京新云南皇冠假日酒店，带领酒店管理团队，先后承办了洲际集团领导人会议、国际学校交流会、米其林美食节、德国啤酒节等活动，进一步推动了酒店市场影响力及酒店绩效！
 
 
PROFILE - MR. ROLAND STEINER
 
Mr. Roland Steiner is the general manager of Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace, and also hosts his post as Director of Operations, Central North China of IHG.

Mr. Steiner has been working with IHG for over 30 years. He commenced his career in Germany and has held key general manager positions across various IHG properties in South Africa, the US, Singapore, Malaysia and China. With his passion for excellence, extraordinary leaderships and commitments, he has reached outstanding achievements, in hotel management, marketing strategy and new openings especially.

Mr. Steiner joined Crowne Plaza Beijing Sun Palace in October 2013 and during the last 2 years, he has been leading the management team and hosted multiple grand events like IHG leadership conference, Michelin gourmet festival, Oktoberfest, through which the visibility and influence of the hotel in the marketplace has been enhanced enormously.
