【泛旅通讯社3月15日北京电】最新消息，国家一级美术师，中国党建画院院长张文祥近日荣任世界酒店联盟顾问兼联盟艺术家委员会联席主席。

世界酒店联盟是联合国经社部直属的国际社团组织（NGO），在二十多个国家和地区拥有100多家集团理事会成员和2万多个高星级酒店、旅游投资开发商、酒店供应商等企业会员，业务遍布全球。
