世界酒店联盟常务副主席兼欧洲区主席、法中文化交流促进中心主席蔡垂彪
最新消息，法中文化交流促进中心主席，世界酒店联盟常务副主席兼欧洲区主席蔡垂彪先生将专程从法国飞抵中国南京参加“第九届世界酒店论坛暨泛旅文化产业投资合作峰会”。蔡垂彪先生 祖籍广东省潮阳县，1950年出生于柬埔寨。他自幼习武，精通南拳和泰拳，70年他受聘于柬埔寨陆军和海军，担任武术教练。1976年他移居法国，1983年通过考试进入巴黎市政府工作，2000年担任法国宗教局副局长，2003年、2006年担任法国国家体育管理局主任，他曾在希拉克总统任巴黎市长期间担任过护卫。目前，他任巴黎20区区政府顾问以及人民运动联盟（UMP）党全国多元化委员会教育、青年、体育小组主席。国际旅游联合会慈善大使、亚洲区执事。
第九届世界酒店论坛大会暨泛旅文化产业投资合作峰会将于2016年12月9-10日（8日报到）在南京东郊国宾馆举办。

Bernard SOK——Chairman of France and China Cultural Promotion Center will Have a Trip to Attend the “9th World Hotel Forum” in Nanjing
The lastest news---- Bernard SOK, chairman of France and China Cultural Promotion Center and standing vice chairman of World Hotel Association and chairman of European region, will take a special trip from France to Nanjing, China to participate the “9th World Hotel Forum Pan Tourism Culture Industry Investment Cooperation Summit”.
Bernard SOK was born in Cambodia in 1950 with ancestral home in Chao Yang District, Guangdong. He practiced Kungfu since childhood and has a good command of Nanquan and Thai boxing. He was appointed as Martial Arts Instructor in Cambodia army and navy in 1970. Later in 1976, he moved to France and served in paris government through civil service examinations in 1983. He was appointed as Vice Minister of Religious Affairs Administration in France in 2000 and Director of the State Sports Administration in France during 2003 and 2006. He once worked as Security Guard when Chirac was Paris mayor. Currently, he is the District Government Adviser of 20 districts in Paris, Chairman of Education, Youth and Sports Team in UMP National Diversity Committee, Charity Ambassador of International Tourism Association and Deacon of the Asian region, Chairman of French-Chinese Culture Communication Center of International Tourism Association.
The 9th World Hotel Forum Pan Tourism Culture Industry Investment Cooperation Summit will be held on December 9-10（register in Dec.8th）, at Nanjing Dongjiao State Guesthouse, China.
