我们定于6月12日-23日在欧洲五国举办的“第九届世界酒店论坛欧洲峰会”及有关考察活动时间已日趋临近，原计划25人成团的人数已经超出，预计将有40-50人（包括随从），统一从北京出发，共赴“欧洲峰会”。
 
鉴于每个人的具体情况不同，且同期所需要办理的各项手续繁多，为了避免出现以前“世界酒店论坛台湾峰会”有几位嘉宾未能及时稳妥地配合办理出境手续而无法成行的遗憾，我们特别恳请大家积极配合办理好各项出国手续，希望您们有专人和组委会秘书处联合工作，共同将“第九届世界酒店论坛欧洲峰会”等活动举办成业界极具代表性的里程碑“峰会”。

  Dear all respected association leaders and entrepreneurs:
 
The time of holding the 9th World Hotel Forum European Summit and related investigation activities during June 12th and 23th are approaching. And we estimated that 40-50 people(including attendants), will all start from Beijing to attend the European Summit, exceeding original plan of 25 people.
 
We specially request you to positively coordinate and complete all procedures for going abroad for everyone's concrete condition is different and the procedures are too much and complex to make at the same time, avoiding the regret of some guests didn’t complete the procedures in time and couldn’t attend in Taiwan Summit. We hope you’ve a specially assigned person to associate work with committee secretariat and together hold the 9th World Hotel Forum European Summit and related activities to be the most representative milestone summit in this industry.
