Despise the global economy is steadily growing, the global is still in the shadow of economic crisis, the bank crunches credit, enterprise invests cautions, export trade slumps, and residents’ expenses shirk. Although every country’s government has initiated a series of diplomacy to save the economy, the crisis influence will still last for a long time.
In this paper, author analyzed the influence of the economic crisis on the hospitality industry and pointed out that after 30 years of development, China hospitality has achieved a leap in both scale and quantity. We should notice that some blindness exist behind the development. The author took the example of development of HNA, illustrated the measures of how to capture the market opportunities and build the hotel brand.
虽然目前全球的经济在慢慢地企稳回升,但经济危机的阴霾依然笼罩着全球。银行紧缩信贷,企业投资谨慎,出口贸易低迷,居民消费萎缩。尽管各国政府都出台了一系列政策措施挽救经济,但危机的影响注定将持续很长一段时间。
经济危机对酒店业的影响
这次危机给全球的各行各业都带来了不小的冲击,酒店业也不例外。中国酒店业经过30年的发展,无论从规模还是数量上都有了飞跃式的发展。但是我们应该看到,这样的发展背后是有一定的盲目性。尤其在此次经济危机中,中国的酒店遭受了巨大的冲击。酒店行业属于资金密集性行业,投资回报低,再加上国内的酒店大都属于单体酒店,规模小、抗风险能力弱,经历此次经济危机的打击下,经营十分困难,资产价值不断贬低。这也正是进行收购和重组的好时机。
相比之下,外资品牌的酒店在中国一路高歌猛进。外资酒店从80年代进入中国北京、上海、广州一线城市开始,到90年代进入沿海发达城市和各大省会城市,再到目前全面进入内陆城市,形成了高、中、低档覆盖全国各大城市的多品牌的酒店发展战略。海航酒店集团要走的就是这样一条发展之道。
