IBM发布"智慧的酒店”最新解决方案

        近日,IBM全球信息科技服务部(Global Technology Service)推出了IBM“智慧的酒店”新的系列解决方案,包括机房集中管理、桌面云、自助入住登记和退房、无线入住登记和融合网络。
        IBM大中华区全球信息科技服务部整合科技事业部总经理邱湘营表示:“IBM‘智慧的酒店’解决方案将大幅提高酒店客人的体验,极大地优化酒店管理流程,提高工作效率并降低管理与运营成本,从而显著提升酒店的综合竞争力,帮助酒店业客户达到了经营、能效、用户体验的多重目标。”
        2011年,IBM将继续专注为中国酒店业客户提供最佳的实践和解决方案,通过布设对接无缝的信息系统架构、提供全方位的解决方案以及标准化的项目管理能力,协助中国酒店开源节流,以最新技术应用为酒店带来服务品质的卓越提升和顾客体验的全面创新,与中国酒店业客户携手共创“智慧的酒店”新纪元。
   
        The other day IBM Global Technology Service releases a new series of solution on “Intelligent Hotels”, including centralized management of machine rooms, desktop-cloud, self-service check-in and check-out and wireless check-in.
        Qiu Xiangying, general manager of Global Technology Service Integration science and technology BU of Great China, indicates that, ”The solution of IBM’s ’Intelligent Hotels’ will promote guests hotel experiences, optimize the process of hotel management, improve work efficiency and reduce operating costs. As a result, advance the hotel’s competitive power and obtain the working goals.”
        In 2011, IBM will keep their concentration on providing best solution on hospitality industry for Chinese customers. Through equipping seamless information system architecture, offering all-around solution and standardization of project management, IBM will help Chinese hotels increase income and decrease expenditure and create a new era of “Intelligent Hotels” with Chinese hospitality industry customers.
