近日，恒大集团与美国温德姆国际酒店集团战略签约仪式隆重举行，双方将就恒大全国系列项目进行密切合作。
        美国温德姆国际酒店集团是目前世界最大的酒店管理集团，以创新型的酒店管理模式响誉世界。恒大集团目前在62个主要城市拥有恒大城、恒大华府、恒大金碧天下、恒大绿洲、恒大名都等一百多个项目，并在各方面与全球知名的合作伙伴达成战略联盟，温德姆国际酒店集团就是其中之一。截至目前，恒大已经在广州、上海、天津、重庆等主要城市拥有近20家五星级标准的酒店项目，均定位于国际豪华五星级酒店。 
        分析人士指出，作为国内最大的房地产开发商和标准化精品地产领导者，恒大地产进军酒店业具有资源和实力上的优势，温德姆也将借力恒大在中国的优质资源发展中国酒店业市场。

        Recently, Evergrande Real Estate Group and Wyndham Hotel Group held a signing ceremony, and made a close cooperation on the country’s projects.
         Wyndham Hotel Group is the largest hotel managing group at present. And Evergrande Real Estate Group owns more than 100 projects in 62 cities, such as Evergrande City, Evergrande Palace, Evergrande Splendor, Evergrande Oasis Evergrande Metropolis. And it cooperates with well-known corporation in different field all over the world. So far, Evergrande has nearly 20 hotel projects which are built at the standard of five-star, and oriented as international luxurious five-star hotels.
         Analysts indicate that Evergrande Real Estate Group has its advantage to enter hotel industry with its leadership in real estate field, which will help Wyndham develop its hospitality business in Chinese market.
