2010年12月20日，希尔顿酒店集团宣布杰罗姆•卢西亚尼为比利亚埃尔莫萨希尔顿会议中心酒店总经理并监督该酒店的资产运作。直接上司为加勒比海、墨西哥及拉丁美洲区域高级副总裁——丹尼•休斯。
       杰罗姆•卢西亚尼在2004年进入希尔顿酒店集团，担任坎昆希尔顿高尔夫度假村餐饮部总监。他在该行业已工作二十多年之久，他的职业生涯是从法国保尔克莱勒一家历史悠久的酒店开始的，当时任职服务培训师。之后他还在全欧洲许多酒店工作，获得了许多宝贵的资产运作经验和餐饮业管理经验。他也曾任职于某酒店餐厅设备供应商的酒店部经理。
       卢西亚尼拥有瑞士洛桑酒店管理学院的酒店管理学位和国际贸易学位。他还精通法语、英语、西班牙语和德语。
 

       Hilton Worldwide today announced the appointment of Jerome Luciani as general manager of the 220-room Hilton Villahermosa & Conference Center.  Jerome Luciani will report to Danny Hughes, senior vice president, Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America, and will oversee property operations at this conference center hotel in Villahermosa.
       Luciani joined Hilton Worldwide in 2004 to fill his most recent role as director of food and beverage, Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa Resort. With more than 20 years in the industry, Luciani began his career in service training at a historic hotel in Porquerolles, France.  Since then, he gained valuable operations and food and beverage experience at a number of hotels throughout Europe.
       Luciani holds a degree in hotel management from The Lausanne Hotel School in Switzerland as well as a degree in international trade.  He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and German.
