12月8日下午，海南省旅游协会组织的2011年春节海南旅行社酒店报价协调会在三亚举行，全省酒店及旅行社代表就春节酒店报价等问题进行了协调和沟通。
       为进一步规范今年春节期间全省旅游市场，旅行社协会和饭店业协会代表在会上表示，对被举报的不诚信企业，协会将在第一时间进行调查并收集证据，经查证属实将定期在内部进行通报。旅行社代表认为，目前海南酒店价格混乱现象时有存在，度假客人常常从不同的机构拿到不一样的价格，这种混乱很难让度假客人满意并回头，期待找到一个合适的价格方案和价格模式运作。
       经与会代表共同协商，确定2011年全省酒店国内市场报价必须在春节前一个半月出台，不能为了相互观望导致酒店价格迟迟不能出台，从而影响旅行社的正常宣传和收客。与会代表表示，只有旅行社及酒店行业的有识之士携起手来，才能真正打造一个诚信规范的旅游市场。

      In the afternoon of December 8th, the Coordination Committee of Hainan Travel Agency and Hotels Price of 2011 Spring Festival is held by Hainan Travel Association. The representatives of all hotels and travel agencies in Hainan present on this committee, coordinating and communicating this prices issue.
      The association’s representatives indicate that they will conduct a survey on corporations which are not faith, and circulate a notice after prove that to be true. Currently, there exists the situation of commotion in price, which will hardly attract passengers to return. A suitable price plan and a suitable price model are expected.
      After the committee, the hotels price of 2011 Spring Festival must be carried out one month before the Spring Festival. The representatives indicate that only people in travel agencies and hospitality industry hand in hand can a regular travel market be made.
