11月9日，2010旅游服务质量提升年旅游饭店技能大赛在江苏驿都金陵酒店驿都厅热烈举办。参加此次技能大赛的员工们敢于创新，将创意与基本技能相融合，大胆展示了新时代新人类对服务行业的时尚嗅觉，深受旅游行业、饭店行业资深评委的大赞。
       亚邦国际大酒店参加了西餐摆台、中式铺床和中餐摆台三个项目，共7名员工参赛。赛后酒店对获奖人员进行了表彰与嘉奖，希望获得名次的员工再接再励、再创佳绩，同时激励更多的员工积极参与到评优活动中，加强自我学习、提升，充分发挥主人翁意识，争取获得宾客赞扬与荣誉。
       通过比赛，亚邦国际大酒店力求促进各部门抓好日常的服务质量管理，营造“比、学、赶、超”的氛围，大力提升服务技能，优化服务品质，将酒店打造成为盐城乃至苏北地区的特色品牌酒店。 

  
      November 9th sees the start of 2010 Travel & Hotel Contest in Jiangsu Yidu Jinling Hotel’s Yidu Mall. The staff who join in this contest display their special feelings on service industry and integrate innovation with basic skills.
      Yabang International Hotel takes part in three events: Table Dressing of European Food, Bed-making of Chinese Style and Table Dressing of Chinese Food. After the contest, the hotel praises all the 7 contestants, and inspires more staff to promote their consciousness.
