国资委公告中明确指出：从2010年起，力争在3-5年内将非主营酒店业务的央企及各级子公司旗下的酒店资产分离重组。分离出的酒店资产，将通过无偿划拨、协议转让、市场转让三种方式，重组到主营酒店业务的央企名下。同时，未经国资委批准，非主营酒店的央企将不得再投资新建经营性的宾馆酒店。

　　国资委研究中心战略部部长张春晓表示，在重组过程中，可以结合资产状况选用不同的方式，目前还仅限于央企中流动，也不排除最终会有一些宾馆酒店类资产转移给社会，被非国有资本接收。

　　据有关资料显示，随着央企非主营资产清理力度的不断加大，继2007年中国邮政转让了其所持有的百家左右酒店资产后，目前中国邮政仍在推介位于湖南、湖北、吉林、四川及浙江的10处宾馆资产。

Meanwhile, without the approve of The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the central enterprise whose main business is not hotel can’t invest and construct any new hotels any more.

　　Zhang Chunxiao said, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council Research Center Strategy Department Minister, we will select different way to reorganize the assets according to different assets situation, although presently the assets are transferred among central enterprises, we will not clear the possibilities that some hotel assets will be transferred to some society organizations and taken by non-state capital.

　　According to some data, as the strength of clearing the non-primary business assets of central enterprises growing stronger, after transferred his nearly hundred of hotel assets in 2007, now China Post Savings still possess nearly 10 hotel assets which are located in Hunan, Hubei, Jilin, Sichuan and Zhejiang Province.
