澳大利亚巴拉瑞特商学院MBA，香港理工大学在读博士。2004年加盟深圳航空有限责任公司，负责统筹深圳航空有限责任公司酒店板块战略发展与规划。曾在国内知名旅游管理院校执教5年，并先后在深圳洲际酒店、珠海银都酒店及深圳五洲宾馆等多家高星级酒店担任高层管理人员。现任深航酒店管理有限公司总经理兼深圳深航国际酒店总经理。

In 2004, he joined Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd., responsible for coordinating the strategic development and planning of the hotel sector of Shenzhen Airlines Co., Ltd. He has taught in well-known tourism management colleges for 5 years and has held senior management positions in many high-star hotels such as Shenzhen Intercontinental Hotel, Zhuhai Yindu Hotel and Shenzhen Wuzhou Hotel. He is currently the General Manager of Shenzhen Airlines Hotel Management Co., Ltd. and the General Manager of Shenzhen Shenzhen Airlines International Hotel.
