自1983年进入酒店行业以来，尚国治先生先后供职于长城饭店、凯宾斯基、建国酒店集团等企业。2015年4月，他正式出任北京市内最大的会议酒店——北京国际饭店总经理。作为首旅集团麾下的职业经理人，他勇于探索，创新求变，以果敢前瞻的思路和高效卓越的执行力创造了出色的业绩，赢得了业内外的赞誉。近年来，在国营高端酒店市场连续下行的趋势下，他带领的管理团队实现了北京国际饭店从政务市场向商务市场的战略转型。2016年，他又开始规划了以全新的业态组合为主题的饭店经营结构调整，立足北京功能核心区调整的未来形势，通过结构调整最优化、空间利用最大化，达到经营利润和社会效益的最佳势能，推动企业的可持续发展，实现传统酒店的有机更新。
