刘安先生现任昆明索菲特大酒店总经理，今年是他来到中国工作的第八年，也是他加入昆明索菲特大酒店的第三年。
         刘安先生来自南非，毕业于瑞士格里昂酒店管理学院（Glion Institute of Higher Education）并获得MBA学位的他，目前已有超过20年酒店总经理岗位的从业经验。
         刘安先生的酒店从业之旅使他足迹遍布世界各地，他曾先后在迪拜、津巴布韦、纳米比亚、西双版纳、成都、北京、昆明等地工作过，服务于凯宾斯基、安纳塔拉、六善、雅高等国际知名酒店品牌。刘安先生是一位精力充沛、经验丰富的团队领导者，多年的全球化从业经历使他善于在跨文化背景下构建国际化团队，在以结果为导向的驱动下，带领团队成就卓越的客户服务和业绩表现。
        As the General Manager of Sofitel Kunming, Mr. Erasmus has worked in China for 8 years and this is the 3rd year he joined Sofitel Kunming.
        Mr. Erasmus comes from South Africa, he was graduated from Glion Institute of Higher Education and received MBA degree. He has over 20 years working experience as General Manager of hotel till now.
        He has worked in international 5 star hotel properties in many different countries and cities around the world include Dubai, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Xishuangbanna, Chengdu, Beijing and Kunming. Mr. Erasmus is an energetic and seasoned team leader able to create, build and lead multi-cultural teams which can exceed both guest’s and owner’s expectations.
