杨晓轩先生1961年4月出生，云南昆明人，中共党员，毕业于重庆建筑工程学院机电设备专业和大连理工大学EMBA 专业，在职硕士学历，高级工程师。历任云南省第二安装工程公司副总经理、党委书记兼常务副总经理，云南省城市建设投资有限公司副总经理，云南省城市建设投资集团有限公司副总裁。现任云南省城市建设投资集团有限公司党委委员、副总裁，兼任云南海埂酒店管理有限公司董事长，负责全集团酒店板块的运营和开发。担任云南省旅游饭店行业协会名誉会长、中国旅游饭店业协会副会长。受聘为昆明理工大学津桥学院客座教授、中国酒店联盟组织高级顾问。
        05年加入城投集团，先后负责组织投资建设了北京新云南皇冠假日酒店、西双版纳洲际度假酒店、昆明洲际酒店、腾冲悦椿温泉酒店、玉溪抚仙湖希尔顿酒店、上海镇坪智选假日酒店，改造翻牌了大理洱海英迪格酒店，积累了非常丰富的国际高端酒店投资建设及运营管理经验。08年北京酒店开业后，组建并培养发展了一支有丰富业主投资及资产管理经验的业主团队。配合集团参与收购成都会展旅游集团、银泰商业地产的部分项目、海口国际会展集团，组织接管了归入集团旗下的10家酒店。目前，专职负责管理城投集团旗下的18家运营中的酒店，正在开发的12家酒店，酒店品牌涵盖了洲际集团的洲际、皇冠假日、假日、智选假日、华邑、英迪格，希尔顿集团的华尔道夫、希尔顿、希尔顿逸林，悦榕集团的悦榕庄、悦椿、悦苑，万豪集团的万豪、喜来登等。与洲际集团、希尔顿集团、悦榕集团和万豪集团建立了良好的合作关系，云南城投集团是洲际集团、悦榕集团大中华区最大的业主伙伴。

Currently serves as the party committee member and vice President of yunnan urban construction investment group co., LTD., and concurrently serves as the chairman of yunnan ridge hotel management co., LTD., responsible for the operation and development of the hotel sector of the whole group. Served as honorary President of yunnan provincial tourism hotel industry association and vice President of China tourism hotel industry association. I was employed as a visiting professor of tianjin bridge college of kunming university of science and technology and a senior consultant of China hotel alliance organization.

After the hotel opened in Beijing in 2008, a team of owners with rich experience in investment and asset management was established and developed. Cooperated with the group in the acquisition of chengdu mice tourism group, some projects of Yintai commercial real estate and haikou international convention and exhibition group, and organized the takeover of 10 hotels under the group.
