大厦隶属于内蒙古自治区人民政府驻北京办事处，2004年底开始筹备建设，2006年6月26日奠基施工，2010年5月22日开业运营，2012年3月16日正式挂牌四星级酒店，2013年通过了ISO9001:2008质量管理体系和ISO14001: 2004环境管理体系认证。
