         过去的三年里,吴女士不仅使饭店超额完成预算指标,平均出租率达到85%-95%,平均房价、可租房平均收入及利润均得到稳速增长,在首旅及雅高两大管理集团创下新高,更让饭店获得殊荣,被TTG旅业报评选为“北京最佳中档酒店”。 吴女士努力提高及升级饭店产品,力争向客人提供更好的体验。尽管日常工作繁忙,吴女士总会抽出时间与客人互动,确保客人无论在饭店住宿或用餐都有一个愉快的体验。
         除了向员工提供专业的培训及良好的工作氛围,吴女士激励及引导员工为客人提供高质量的客户服务,因为吴女士相信“员工满意,客人才会满意”,同时授权员工做决策以更好地处理问题。在中国保持良好的人际关系是职业生涯取得成功的关键,同时也是经营取得成功的关键。
